The machine uses advanced technology with a closed clean ice making process.

After being treated to the standard, the source of ice-making water will be pumped to the tank. Water will automatically feed into the ice storage tank, flowing into the ice pipes. Then part of the water is cooled and freezes clinging to the surface of the pipe wall. The excess water will be collected by a bucket of water below and continue to circulate to the top.

The cooling mechanism of ice cubes follows the direct cooling mechanism of the refrigerant. Refrigerant is introduced into the stone mortar, boiling outside the ice tubes and evaporating to cool the ice machine.

When the ice is frozen, the machine will switch to defrost mode by letting hot gas go into the stone mortar, the temperature in the mortar will increase to melt the thin layer and the ice will separate from the tube. The stone cutter will cut the stone mold into equal lengths.
